Five Ways to Live Longer

Recently there has been alot of buzz about the ability extend our lifespan.Here are 5 ways that have been suggested to do just that...

1. Cut calorie intake by 30%. That means eating 1/3 less in quantity or consuming foods with 1/3 less calories.

2. Have a passion for something in your daily life. Get excited and dedicated to a special interest.

3. Accept loss...such as moving out of the family home, a friendship that has run its course, or the little lines that appear on your face. Make peace with change.

4. Help others by volunteering or sharing your time with family and friends. Get outside of yourself.

5. Exude a will to live! Show resilience, perseverance, tenacity and courage.

And I will add my personal favorite...avoid stress as much as possible!
